Coley & Associates got its start after Jack Coley had successfully opened, grew, and managed regional offices for one of the top 100 largest government contractors. From business development to landing contracts and from staffing to successful project delivery, Jack's entrepreneurial spirit drove the success each of the regional offices.

A key to his success was a deep understanding of the GSA Schedule program and its role in the federal marketplace. Jack effectively developed and executed an efficient business development strategy that included targeting the right organizations, outmaneuvering the competition, winning unpublicized contract opportunities, establishing effective teaming relationships, and delivering on promises.

Jack wanted to use his successes and experience to help other companies succeed and in 2001 started Coley & Associates, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
