We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Federal Marketing Analyst to assist our clients with identifying and evaluating federal business opportunities. The Analyst will analyze data from public and proprietary databases to identify leads; evaluate and pre-qualify leads against established client bid profiles; and present leads to senior management and clients for approval. Additionally, the Analyst will research data to identify new markets and potential competitors. The Analyst will also develop and maintain contact lists and coordinate direct marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic, positive attitude; strong interpersonal and written communications skills. Additionally, you will need moderate to advanced experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access; a working knowledge of Internet research; and be prepared to meet tight deadlines. Position requires a bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of experience.
We are seeking an ethical, organized, highly-motivated, and energetic government contracting specialist with a strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and solid contract administration experience to work with our contracting team. You will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering our clients' GSA Schedule contracts as well as consulting on matters related to the Federal acquisition process. You will need to remain informed of pending regulatory and procedural changes and developments to communicate them to our clients. You must be able to manage multiple contract projects while representing our clients with government contracting officers.

The ideal Candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 5 years experience working with Federal contracts. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the FAR, superior computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Contract Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic, and organized person with strong (moderate to advanced) MS Office skills (MS Word and Excel), as well as general computer skills, to coordinate the preparation and production of proposals and Federal contract documents in support of our consulting practice. Government contracting experience, while desirable, is not mandatory.
The ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years experience in using the Microsoft Office package in a fast-paced, professional business environment. The position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to work as part of a successful Federal contracts management team, good client relations skills, and the ability to see a project through to completion. The position offers the opportunity for future advancement.
Our eLearning division is on a long-term contract to analyze, design, develop and implement eLearning solutions and is seeking a highly-motivated, energetic Flash Developer capable of completing tasks on time and with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a talent for animation.
The Flash Developer will be responsible for designing and programming e-learning interactions for courses with a health care focus. All products must be 100% accessible as defined by Section 508 and W3C standards. Some examples of interactions include pop quizzes (Multiple Choice, True/False, and Matching), animations and simulations.
